Being stuck in a dead end job or finding new work after a layoff is challenging, and can be downright depressing at times. Very positive experience with Righteous Callings.
The biggest benefit was making all the contacts both in the original class in Spring of 2009 and the Fall 2009 one also. Many of us have stayed in contact into the new year and have been able to help each other in our job searches or in connecting people with positions or people that we are in contact with.
Highly recommend taking the Birkman test as it gave both a different perspective on personality tests and reinforced what I consider my strengths. Sticking though the entire series is very important, otherwise the entire roadmap does not connect. Tom acts as a great guide through each week. That is why I took the class twice.
