Incarnational Prayer
Start Your Day the Asa Way

Most people tend to think prayer is something that happens in your mind and in your heart. An incarnational prayer includes your body and allows you to participate fully because we’re not just mind and heart - we’re body, mind and spirit.  God made us that way, and we should not leave the body out of the equation.
