The leadership of FPC has identified a specific strategy by which our mission should be accomplished. First, live an “Inviting Lifestyle”. The most important hour you give to God each week is one of worshiping him. Once you are committed to regular worship, it is important to participate in both Grow and Serve opportunities. Start by choosing one, and then add the other. The swirl then takes you to Worship. Worship beyond Sunday The most important hour you give to God each week is one of worshiping Him. The most obvious time and place for this is Sunday mornings in church; and certainly that would satisfy your commitment to corporate worship. But, it is also important to worship beyond Sunday. How do you do that? Consider family worship. Worshiping with your loved ones weekly in your home can be both glorifying to God and a rich blessing to your household. Another consideration is personal worship, one on one time between you and God. There are many good personal devotional options available to you. In an effort to connect generations, the Sr. Adult Ministry of FPC produces devotional booklets for reflection during both the Advent and Lenten seasons. These are available to anyone who calls and requests one. We offer a page on our site, Devotions, that includes what is printed in the bulletin on Sunday, and also includes links to other popular devotional sites.
